More info

Our clients either want to get un-stuck, or innovate. But we've learned that not every company can get started the same way...

Not everyone has reached the same level of internal strategic alignment πŸ˜”

Not everyone has a crystal clear vision for the future of the company πŸ˜”

Not everyone knows which challenges to prioritize at what point in time πŸ˜”

Usually, we run a design sprint first, but that implies the company already has a clear business challenge in mind they want to address. But sometimes the overarching business strategy needs some extra attention first. Normally, when companies focus on forming a new business strategy or vision for the future, there is no strict framework to do this in.

Which is why we created the strategy sprint. Based on the same methodology of the design sprint, but this time we're solely focusing on strategy by:

πŸ‘Œ Creating internal alignment across the team.
πŸ‘Œ Generating a service blueprint.
πŸ‘Œ Drafting a set of actionable experiments.
πŸ‘Œ Defining a roadmap for the future.

Its biggest advantage though, is that it condenses months of meetings into a single, two-day workshop. And by the end of the week, you get a fancy-schmancy report to show off to everybody.

Git 'er done! 🀠
